Bedroom Repair Job Description :

- Remove waterlogged carpet and padding  (14' x 17') wall to wall medium plush, dry and clean floor

- Remove molding , damaged dry wall, ceiling and R-19 insulation

- Remove Hunter 24" five blade fan

- remove waterlogged insulation on block walls and check for mold

- Install 7 panels 3/4" foam board insulation R-6

- Install 7 panels 4" x 8" x 1/2" drywall, tape, plaster, sand, paint

- Install R-19 24"x 14' x 6" insulation in ceiling (8 pcs)

- Install ceiling panels (14' x 17') approximately 7 panels drywall, tape, plaster, sand, paint w/texture finish to match existing

- Install new fan

- Caulk, Paint and finish as required

- Install new carpet and padding equivalent to previous medium tuft (14' x 17")
