Dear calvin,

I need an update and status on my claims. I have heard nothing from the insurance company and have no idea of where you are at on your labors. Our initial claim was filed on 8 September and I am truly disturbed at the Company’s lack of response or action to date. The 22nd deadline is only one week away. I expect some payment – albeit it partial this week. 75 days is simply exhorbitant.

The garage has been dismantled and cleaned up now. The ashes will be removed next week. This has been an eyesore, a health hazard and the smell has attracted vermin of every size. In the process all the contents have been secured and are on display pending finalization of the claim. However, notice to the insurance company is made that they have 30 days to inspect, view or otherwise take such property and if not lose all rights with respect thereto. 90 days is more than enough time.

I have posted the lists on the internet site and am just refining them. The physical property itself is corresponds to the list though I am estimating 10% was too small or unrecoverable or simply not itemized. Things like hardware, light bulbs, irrigation sprinkler heads and parts, wires, connectors etc fall ito this category.

Thank you,
